FOUR STEPS TO LOSE BELLY FAT IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS

If there is any challenge I have in my weight management it is my belly fat.I am a slim person but I accumulate fat around my tummy which is not good for my physique.

My wife just like any other breast feeding woman also has belly fat due to her frequent eating and late night feeding.

I later discover that eating late at night is one of the causes of belly fat.Eating too much carbs late at night can contribute to it.

People think that they need to engage in  regular exercises for them to get  rid of the fat from the abdomen and completely change their diet this is not really true.

Here is one  way to lose the belly fat in less than a month. Losing fat is very slow process so it will lose just small part of your fat stomach.

Following these 4 steps your belly fat will reduce gradually in less than 30 days!

Step 1 –

STOP EATING HIGH- CALORIE AND UNHEALTHY FOODS:
You must avoid food with high level of sugar, fat and calories. Cakes, cookies,  and chips are big NO. These foods have little value and accumulate calories.  You will never reduce excess calories even with daily exercises,  if you consume these kind of foods .

Step 2 – DRINK PLENTY OF WATER:
You must drink 8- 10 glasses of water daily. Your body need to be hydrated because on this way you will dispose the toxins inside.Water prevents the fluid retention in the body. It will give you feeling of fullness especially and will accelerate metabolism because the cold drink always helps to burn more calories.

Step 3 – CONSUMER FOODS RICH IN FIBER:
Consume foods rich in fiber such as cereals, vegetables nuts, and legumes. You won’t feel hunger thanks to the fiber.

Step 4 – PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
Be physical active every day at least half an hour. Practice dance, swim, visit the gym ,run or do any kind of physical activity that will speed up the work of your heart.
