BEWARE OF CAFFIENATED DRINKS:

Some of our Beverages and soft and energy drinks are loaded with CAFFIENE.Caffiene is like a drug.If it is not taken daily,you can experience withdrawal.Overindulgence in caffeine has many side effects on the body

  


  

       LISTED BELOW ARE SOME NEGATIVE EFFECTS CAFFEINE IN THE BODY:

  •  It causes withdrawal symptoms e.g headache.

  •   It can lead to extreme exhaustion. 
  •    It overstimulates and eventually weaken the adrenal gland{which when exhausted can  lead  to chronic fatigue.

  •  It causes rapid heartbeat rate.

  • It interferes with absorption of vital minerals and vitamins.

   
I won't forget many years back when I was an undergraduate how this toxic substance killed   a fellow student who was trying to stay awake to read in preparation for exams.He took an   excess dosage.
